Video Transcriptions in XOi Mobile
Roles Admin, Job/User Editor, Job Editor, and User have permission to perform this task.
Video steps can be built* to include a transcription. The transcriptions are created by pulling the audio from the video that you have provided. Once the job is completed these transcriptions can be viewable through share links by your customers, back office, and shareholders.
When you see this icon on a video step that means a transcription will be created.
You may edit your transcription by following the steps below:
1. Go to Content.
2. Select the video of the transcription you would like to review.
3. The same pencil icon will appear in the top right-hand corner of the video. Select this icon.
Note: If this icon is missing the transcript needs to complete processing. Come back to review the transcription later.
4. The transcription will appear which you can review, edit, and then approve.
Once the job is completed the transcription will be viewable using the web.

*These steps and features are built by your administrator.
The words "Transcription Processing" will appear under the Finish Workflow button once a video has been added to a step that includes transcription. When it is done processing it will disappear.
