My Vision Live call contains no sound
There are a couple of reasons why your Vision Live call may be silent or only hearable from one side.
You can easily rectify this by checking the following:
1. Make sure no one on your call is muted.
On Vision Live Desktop you can see both microphones. They are unmuted if the icons are white.
On mobile, the microphone icon is blue when unmuted.
2. Check your application permissions to ensure that your device has access to your microphone.
3. Check to see if you are using the proper device.
4. Check your device's volume, making sure it's not silent.
