Workflows are fully customizable and your administrator can designate them to a particular group or all users within your organization.
The workflows available to you in the mobile application are assigned to you based on the scenarios you commonly encounter while onsite.
If for any reason you do not see a specific workflow when using XOi Mobile, we suggest the following:
- Ensure you are signed into the correct organization (this applies only if you work for more than one organization)
- Check with your administration to ensure that the workflow exists and is designated to the appropriate group you are in.
- Sign out, close out XOi Mobile, re-enter, and sign in. Full refresh.
If after trying the above steps the workflow is still not accessible please have your administrator contact XOi Support.
