If for any reason you are not seeing a specific workflow when using the Vision app, we suggest the following:
- Ensure you are signed into the correct organization (this applies only if you work for more than one organization)
- Check with your administration to ensure that the workflow exists and is designated to the appropriate group you are in.
Workflows are fully customizable and your administrator can edit and create workflows as needed.
Each workflow must be assigned and designated to a particular group or to all users within an organization.
