Share links allow you to view the content collected during the job. They can be sent to you via email or text.
If you click on a share link and receive an error page this typically indicates a browser caching issue or a security issue.
You can resolve this by trying the below:
- Clear the cache and cookies in the settings of your internet browser.
- Reboot your internet browser and retry.
- Try to access the link from another browser.
- Try to access the link from an incognito window.
- Try to access the link from another device. If an error still occurs, this could indicate that the job does not exist.
- Have the individual sending you the link download the job as a PDF and send it through email.
