I get an error when I click the job link from email
Share links allow you to view the content collected during the job. They can be sent to you via email or text.
If you click on the share link from an email and receive an error page this typically indicates a browser caching issue.
You can resolve this by following the steps below:
- Clear the cache and cookies in the setting of your internet browser.
- Reboot your internet browser and retry.
- Try to access the link from another browser.
- Try to access the link from another device. If an error still occurs, this could indicate that the job does not exist.
