I can't get the Vision Live Plugin to Install on my computer
A device security issue is often the cause for the Vision Live Plugin being unable to install.
You'll want to check:
- If you are connected to a VPN. If you are, disconnect from the VPN and try again.
- If you have security software that prohibits you from installing. If so, please work with your IT team.
- You can also follow the steps to Uninstall/Reinstall the Plugin from your computer.
If the above steps still do not resolve this issue, we suggest trying to connect to Vision Live on another computer.
