If you cannot get the Vision Live Plugin to fully install, this is often caused by a device security issue.
You'll want to check:
- If you are connected to a VPN. If you are, disconnect from the VON and try again.
- If you have a security software that prohibits you from installing
- You can also follow the steps to Uninstall/Reinstall the Plugin from your computer.
If the above steps still do not resolve this issue, we suggest trying to connect to Vision Live on another computer.
