Is one of your employees receiving unwanted notification about job completions? This is typically caused by their contact information being listed on a workflow or a step within a particular workflow.
You can easily rectify this by:
- Locating the specific workflow(s) that the individual is listed on
- Removing their name from the contact field
If you do not know which workflow to look at, the name of the workflow can be found on the email notification that was sent to the user.
