How to stop unwanted workflow notifications
Only Admins have permission to perform this task.
Is one of your employees receiving unwanted emails with XOi job summaries? This is typically caused by their contact information being listed as a workflow notification on a workflow or particular workflow step.
First, go to Administration --> Workflows, and then select edit on the workflow the notification is coming from.*
There are three places the contact notification could set in.
- Workflow Notification Contact for the entire workflow.
- Workflow Step Notification Contact: Date, Numeric, Content, or Short Text workflow steps.
- Workflow Step Answer Notification Contact: Yes/No or Multiple Choice workflow step.
Workflow Notification Contact for the Entire Workflow
On the workflow page, under Workflow Notification Contact you will find all contact(s) receiving an email when this workflow is finished.
Select the x to the right of the contact you would like to remove.
Workflow Step Notification Contact
**Only used for Content, Date, Numeric, or Short Text Steps**
On the workflow page, select Edit on the step triggering the notification.
Scroll to the bottom of the page to Notification Contacts. The contact(s) being notified at the completion of this workflow will be underneath.
Select the x to the right of the contact you would like to remove.

**Only used for Yes/No and Multiple Choice Steps**
On the workflow page, select Edit on the step triggering the notification.
3. Select Edit next to the response you would like to remove the Notification Contact from.
The contact(s) being notified based on the answer provided will be under Notification Contacts.
Select the x to the right of the contact you would like to remove.
Additional Information
If you do not know which workflow to look at, the name of the workflow, question, and/or answer can be found on the email notification that was sent to the user.
