Why can't I reset my password?
If while creating a new password it won't allow you to move forward this generally indicates you did not create a password that meets all the required password criteria. When you create your password, be sure it has the following:
- 8 characters
- at least one lowercase letter
- one number
- at least one symbol
If your password meets this criteria but you still can't move forward force close the app, restart your device, and try again.
