Why is my password reset stuck?

Did you recently create a new password and things got stuck?

Generally, this indicates that you did not create a password that meets all the required password criteria.  When you create your password, be sure it has the following:

• 8 characters
• at least one lowercase letter
• one number
• at least one symbol

Additional Information

To unstick the reset screen, we suggest forcing the app closed and restarting your device before trying again.
