Why can't I see the Create Job button?

When using XOi Vision Web a Create New Job button will be in the right-hand corner to the left of your name.

You may not see this button due to the below reasons:

1. You are zoomed in:

To zoom out, use these shortcut keys on your computer:

• For PC: select Ctrl & +/- on your keyboard
• For Mac: select Command & +/- on your keyboard

You can also change the zoom percentage in the browser settings. 

2. Your font is enlarged.

Similar to being zoomed in you can change the font size in the browser settings.

      3.  You are on a device that is 768 points wide and 992 points height or smaller. 

These devices are considered mobile devices. XOi Web, with the creation of jobs is best suited on a larger device.
