Why can't I see all the text in my note?
If you can't see your workflow/internal/step note or it appears that a portion of the letters is chopped off, like the picture below, you should check the following:
- Zoom - Zooming in the screen causes the text to sometimes show out of alignment and outside of the viewing area. Try zooming out to rectify this issue.
- Font size - increased font size within your device settings can create this distortion. Try reducing the font size.
If you are not zoomed in and do not have a large font size setup we recommend forcing close the app and restarting your device.
