Single Sign-On
Single Sign-On (SSO) allows users to access the XOi platform using their existing company's username and password, meaning users only have to remember one set of login details. SSO simplifies the user experience and effortlessly aligns users with the company's password protocols.
Each company must be enrolled and configured for SSO with XOi to enable users. Please speak to your Customer Success Manager to get set up before continuing.
Once your company is set up with Single Sign-On you may utilize the Single Sign-On button on the login screen of both XOi Mobile and XOi Web.
When selected, the button will redirect you to the email input screen. The purpose of this screen is to determine whether your domain is configured for SSO. Put in your email and select continue.
If your company is configured for SSO, you will be redirected to your company’s identity provider for authentication.
Once authenticated you will be taken into XOi.
