Integration Setup Requirements
All users must have matching emails in Jonas and XOi for the integration to work properly. These emails must be lowercase and valid in both applications.
If the emails do not match, the user will not be able to link the XOi job with Jonas at the end.
Integration Walkthrough
The integration begins in the XOi Mobile Application.
If creating your own jobs, select Create New Job.
Fill out the Job label field.
This is a temporary field used to help connect the XOi job to Jonas at the end of the process. We recommend entering the work order number and customer name in this field (e.g., 12345 - ABC Corp).
Once the job is connected to Jonas, this label will be replaced automatically with the work order number, customer name, and location pulled from Jonas.
After finishing the workflow(s) and completing the job, you'll return to Jonas to connect the job.
Start by locating the work order (WO) in Jonas and opening the Work Order Summary. Click the XOi logo in the top right corner.
A list of available XOi jobs will appear.
Find and select the job using the Job Label you entered when the XOi job was created.
You may see a few pop-up confirmations—one to confirm the work is complete in XOi, and another to confirm you want to link the job.
Note: Once a job is linked, it cannot be unlinked.

Work Order #, Customer, & Location
After linking, the XOi job will automatically update with the work order number, customer, and location from Jonas. The public share link will also be sent back to Jonas.
Information that passes from XOi to Jonas
Public Job Share Links
In Jonas, the Public Share link will pass into the Problem area on the report. This contains only the customer-facing information and should be shared with your customers.
Commonly Asked Questions
Q: Missing Public Share Link on Jonas invoice
If your customer’s invoice is missing the public share link, you may have forgotten to link your XOi job to your job in Jonas.
