Integration Setup Requirements
All users must have matching emails in FieldConnect and XOi for the integration to work properly. These emails must be lowercase in both applications.
If the emails do not match the user will receive a deep link error when moving from FieldConnect to XOi.
Integration Walkthrough
Begin by opening the Vision XOi panel from within a FieldConnect assignment.
Note: the panel is only visible when you are on a mobile device.
Click the “View Job” link will direct you to the corresponding job in XOi Vision.
Site History directs you into XOi Vision to view past job activity at the same customer location.
Knowledge Base will bring you into the XOi Knowledge Base where you can find documents related to a piece of equipment by searching the make or model number.
Work Order #, Customer, & Location
This information will be passed over to XOi after the creation of the job. By selecting the View Job link you will be taken directly to the Job Info screen where you can review this information.
After finishing the workflow(s) and completing the job information will be passed back to FieldConnect.
Information that passes from XOi to FieldConnect
Entire and Public Job Share Links
The “View Share” option will appear once there is a share link available. This link will take you to the XOi share page that was created for the job and displays all of the captured content.
Once you are done with the work order in FieldConnect, the XOi share link populates on the service report. Clicking this hyperlink will direct your customers to the publicly shared content.

Ai Work Summaries and Video Transcriptions can be set to pass back from XOi to FieldConnect. You will need to work with FieldConnect to set this up.
