How to enable automatic app updates

 

Staying up to date with the newest XOi Mobile application version is incredibly important so you may utilize all the newest enhancements and fixes XOi may push out. 

While you do have the ability to manually update your XOi Mobile application make it easier on yourself and enable automatic app updates. When XOi releases a new version your application will automatically update. 

To turn on automatic updates on your iPhone or iPad:

1. Go to Settings.
2. Tap App Store.
3. Turn on App Updates.

To turn on automatic updates on your Android device: 

1. Open the Google Play Store app.
2. Tap Menu. Settings.
3. Tap Auto-update apps.
4. Select an option: Over any network to update apps using either Wi-Fi or mobile data. Over Wi-Fi only to update apps only when connected to Wi-Fi.
