Integration Setup Requirements
All users must have matching emails in Operix and XOi for the integration to work properly. These emails must be lowercase in both applications.
If the emails do not match the user will receive a deep link error when moving from Operix to XOi.
Audio Transcriptions from Videos and Step Notes can pass back to the Work Performed section. Admins will need to add an integration trait to each workflow step. The integration trait is ifs_work_done.
Integration Walkthrough
The Operix integration begins in the Sage Field Operations webpage.
Select on the WO you would like to begin and select Attachments.
Select Create XOi Job.
You will see a green pop-up at the top of the screen saying XOi Job Created and the Create XOi Job button will change to Open XOi Job. Select this to go directly to the job in XOi.
Work Order #, Customer, & Location
This information will be passed over to XOi after the creation of the job. By selecting the XOi Vision link you will be taken directly to the Job Info screen where you can review this information.
After finishing the workflow(s) and completing the job information will be passed back to Operix.
Information that passes from XOi to Operix
Internal Notes
If an internal job note is added to XOi, it will be passed back to the "Office Notes" section after the completion of the XOi job.
Audio Transcriptions from Videos, Step Notes, and Work Summaries
Audio Transcriptions from Videos & Step Notes can appear in the Work Performed Note when set up properly in XOi.
Work Summaries will be added as a separate Work Performed Note.
All Work Performed Notes will automatically be placed on the Service Report once generated.
Public Job Share Links
The Public Job Share Link will automatically be placed on the Service Report, once generated.
