User Roles
XOi provides different roles that give certain permissions to individuals based on their responsibilities within their organization and XOi.
These roles allow for more scalable user management and job management, giving managers, leads, or other back-office roles more flexibility and access to the system without providing full access. User creation requests and job deletions, edits, etc... can be delegated to appropriate parties.
The four roles available are:

They have all of the permissions with the most important being the ability to create\edit users, groups, and workflows, review and edit all users complete\incomplete jobs, dispatch jobs, and manage the knowledge base.
This role suits the below positions:
- Implementation Manager
- Operations Manager
- Service Manager
- General Manager
- President
- Corporate Operations
- Manager
