How do I make an AI Work Summary required?

Only Admins have permission to perform this task. 

Using XOi + AI, creating a summary of work completed on-site is easy. 

AI Work Summaries instantly generate clear, comprehensive reports using step responses defined during workflow creation. Steps that can be included are:

• Step Notes 
• Yes/No responses 
• Multiple Choice responses 
• Numerical step responses 
• Date responses 
• Short text responses 
• Equipment Unit Name

As admins, you can require a work summary to be provided before a workflow can be completed. To turn on this requirement, go to the workflow you would like to turn this on for and toggle on Require Work Summary, located above the workflow steps. 

When the technician goes to finish a workflow without a work summary, they will be prompted to provide one. 

         

Note: If a work summary is set as required and Disable AI Work Summary is turned on the user will be required to manually write an summary.
