How do I make an AI Work Summary required?

Only Admins have permission to perform this task. 

Using XOi + AI, creating a summary of work completed on-site is easy. 

AI Work Summaries will instantly generate a clear, comprehensive work summary using the following customer-facing information:

• Step Notes 
• Yes/No responses 
• Multiple Choice responses 
• Numerical step responses 
• Date responses 
• Short text responses   

As admins, you can require a work summary to be generated before a workflow can be completed. To turn on this requirement go to the workflow you would like to turn this on for and toggle on Require Work Summary, located above the workflow steps. 

When the technician goes to finish a workflow without a work summary they will be prompted to provide one.
