Getting Started: Editable Dashboards
Dashboards allow you to review the data being collected in completed jobs, identify the most common types of equipment your technicians encounter, and manage your technician's productivity.
Within the Dashboard area, reports have been broken out into different sections, each dedicated to specific types of data. All User Roles can be permitted in the Dashboard tab.
Sections of your dashboard are editable. Users can customize your organization's layout.
Note: This premium feature is only available on premium dashboards. Please speak to your Customer Success Manager to learn more.
NOTE: Currently, Editable Dashboards can be edited by all users with access to the dashboard, affecting the view for everyone. The dashboard will be saved based on the edits made by the last person who selects "Done Editing."
In this section, you can:
- Add reports
- Remove reports
- Reorganize reports
- Resize reports
- Save New Layouts
To begin editing select Edit, unlocking the editable dashboard section.
Rearrange the charts by hovering over a chart, clicking on the grid icon in the top left corner, and then dragging and dropping the chart to the location desired.
Remove a chart from the layout by clicking on the chart. Then press the trash can icon in the top right-hand corner of the table. This will hide the table but it can be added back to the layout if needed.
Resize the charts by clicking on the chart, then dragging the expanded area in the right-hand corner.
Save your new layout by clicking the Done Editing button on the top right-hand of the editable section.
Add charts to the section layout by selecting Add Chart in the top right corner of the section.
A pop-up will appear with the charts you can add. All charts currently displayed in the layout will have a check mark next to the name. All charts not displayed in the layout will have a plus sign next to the name. Click the plus icon to add it to the layout.
