Benchmarking

Understanding how your organization measures up against industry standards is key to driving efficiency, creating focused training plans, and staying ahead of the competition.

Benchmarking allows you to compare your performance with others in the XOi community, focusing on areas like AI Work Summaries, Your Equipment Portfolio, and Upskill Opportunities.

The Benchmarking Dashboard can be accesses through the Dashboard tab in XOi Web. It will be a subtab as long as you have Dashboards enabled for your user. 

AI Benchmarks

In the AI Benchmarks section, you can track the time technicians are saving using AI and compare the adoption of AI Work Summaries per user.

 

Equipment Benchmarks

Equipment Benchmarks provides metrics on the average age of equipment, end-of-life replacement opportunities, service bulletin trends, and more—helping you refine processes and address field opportunities proactively.

Upskill Opportunities

The Upskill Opportunities section highlights how many issues are being identified per visit, broken down by equipment type, make, and model. This helps your team prepare for common problems and adopt a proactive approach to service.

Benchmarking is available for Core and Premium users in the commercial and residential HVAC and commercial kitchen industries.

Core users can only view average industry metrics. You will not see the comparison of your metrics against the industry metrics. 

Premium users unlock personalized comparisons and additional reports for deeper insights. To become a premium user please speak to your Customer Success Manager.

To enable Benchmarking for your organization, speak with your Customer Success Manager. 

Please note benchmarking is currently only applicable for Commercial & Residential HVAC and Commercial Kitchen organizations.
